Come March

Come March, I will have lived in Arizona for two years.

What does it mean "Come March" above? And the whole sentence too?

"Come March" means "When March comes around" or "By the time it's March."

He moved to Arizona in March 2007. By March 2009, it will be 2 years since he moved there.

The "will have past participle" means that at some point int the future, this will be past.

By 7 pm tonight, I will have been studying for five hours without a break.
