Hello, would you please tell me what's the difference between 'contact with' and 'come into contact with' ? thanks.

We don't use 'contact with'. These are OK:

When you contact Jim, please give him my address.-- This is used for establishing communication with another.

After you come into contact with a patient, you should wash your hands thoroughly.-- This is normally used for physical contact: touching something or someone.
