How would you say :
These champagne glasses come in 6. They are not sold separate.
Those glasses come in 2s.

Or "sets of six."

I'm not sure I'd understand "in sixes" -- I might think you mean "six-ounce serving sizes" or something like that. Once paired with "They are not sold separately" it would be clear enough but for the entire thing, I'd write "These glasses are sold in sets of six. They are not sold separately."
