come down to

Different aspects of life tell different people what their personality is. In a quick online search one can find how their lipstick shape, wallet, favorite ice cream flavor, and even their underwear define who they are as a person. Each segment of the personality charts are the same. Are you a leader, or a follower is what all of these categories often come down to. Is that all that personalities come down to? leading and following?

I think this phrase here means 'boil down to'. So I think the last two sentences mean: these categories often tag the subjects with 'leader' or 'follower'.( Then the write put his doubt. ) Are there only two kinks of personalities?

The above is my paraphrase.

But in the interpretation. the translator said that you were a leader or follower depend on your personalities. Actually, I think he's incorrect though it's a punditry.

Could you tell me if I get the point of this paragraph?
