Come and have a drink, Come have a drink

Should I say, "Come and have a drink," "Come have a drink, "Come to have a drink"?

If all three are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use?

Thank you.

I think all are possible and they could all mean the same but they can all also have a different meaning and feeling. And I would probably have to go with all of them at different times and situations
