Combining sentences

1. The coffee is much better.
The coffee is at " The Bookshelf "
And there are poets [there].
The poets sit quietly.
[their sitting] is all day.
They write.

2. The owner is planning to retire.
He has grown fond of the owner.
She is planning to close the shop.

>>The owner, who he has grown fond of, is planning to close the shop to retire.
