Combine sentenses

I'm not sure if it's a duplicate:( Anyway, here's my question:

The two sentences are,
"I am at Seattle". and "I am usually free on weekends."

When I combine the sentences, what is better?
I am at Seattle and am usually free..
or I am at Seattle and usually free..
or I should not combine them at all?

Also, when the sentences are in different tenses, e.g.,
"I attended the meeting on Tuesday." and "I will follow your complain up."

Can I combine them to
I attended the meeting on Tuesday and will follow.. ?

Thanks.

First, 'at' is wrong. I am in Seattle, and I am usually free on weekends. -- This sounds most normal to me, since they are two quite different ideas.
