COLOR OR COLORS WHICH ONE IS CORRECT

add more color to your life or add more colors to your life, I know 1st statement is correct but kindly let me know why not colors, why second statement is incorrect.

Add more color is the usual collocation-- the idea is color in a conceptual (uncountable) sense. You could use colors, as a bit of wordplay, if you were e.g. writing ad copy for a paint company.
