Thank you, Clive.
But one more question, please.
Are there any differences between those two sentences?

Colour in implies the speaker is addressing a child who has what is called 'a colouring book'.

As a hobby for adults, it seems to be called "coloring" in the U.S. and "colouring in" in the U.K.

It's quite relaxing, and you can have a lot of fun (and spend way too much money) shopping for high-quality markers and colored pencils. Half my knitting club is now coloring!
