Colon and question mark

Dear Sirs,

“Compensatory purchase decision rule or noncompensatory purchase decision
rule?: Who, What, Where and When”

is a title of thesis.

Is a question mark put in the proper position?

I would appreciate it if you could give me response at your earliest convenience.

Thank you very much in advance.

No. I don't think any is needed, but if you must, put it at the very end, Miki.
