My question has a concern with the usage of colon. I'd like to examplify it with the following sentences.
John hired a private detective to look into a company called Wonlu. After a month's investigation, the following facts have been ascertained: this company was set up in 1990, the assets of this company amount to USD5 million, there are 5 shareholders in this company, it once changed its name in 1995, the company established a branch in UK in 2005.
please note the first letter of each sentece and the commas marked as red. I wonder whether I should add "and" after each of the commas. if i don't want so many "and", can I just replace all the commas with dots and change the red t's to capitalized T.
(This problem really gets on my nerve. As a matter of fact, the real stuff I'm dealing with is much much longer than this)

how about if you do the following. John hired a private detective to look into a company called Wonlu. After a month's investigation, the following facts have been ascertained : t his company was set up in 1990; t he assets of this company amount to USD5 million; t here are 5 shareholders in this company; i t once changed its name in 1995; and t he company established a branch in UK in 2005.
- how about if you do the following.
- John hired a private detective to look into a company called Wonlu.
- After a month's investigation, the following facts have been ascertained : t his company was set up in 1990; t he assets of this company amount to USD5 million; t here are 5 shareholders in this company; i t once changed its name in 1995; and t he company established a branch in UK in 2005.
- You definitely don't need to put 'and' after each comma/semi-colon.
- Just put it before the last sentence.

I am not a grammer expert...but if I may...how about if you do the following.
