Collocations with 'colleague'?

I'm writing a reference for a apprentice. I want to use the phrase "Dear Colleagues" at the beginning yet I feel like it'd be better to make it a bit more "clunky" with an adjective. I've experimented with a few, such as trusted, honored, or distinguished, but not felt satisfied with any to show that I respect folks at the other department but we are on the same ground as faculty. Do you have some suggestion?
