Collocations Of Accordance?

Hi,
Can I use "complete" with "accordance"? For example, "He always does his job in complete accordance with regulations."
Can I use "total", "absolute" and " sheer" with it as well?, though I couldn't find them anywhere that I can rely on.

Thank you.

It is actually redundant to modify "in accordance." If it is in accordance, there is no degree of accordance. You might want to qualify that the work is always in accordance with the regulations. It is like saying that something is very unique. There are no degrees of uniqueness.
