Hi, could you please check if the below small paragraph sound natural?
In 1890 Edison's company was broken up into three firms which at the beginning were producing DC power. However, after a few years, they became fully engaged in the AC business, leading to the (disappearance or disintegration?) of the main firm. Soon after, Edison (abandoned or quit?) the power business and moved to UK to hold a luxurious life fruit of his lifelong patents and trades.
