Are this setences correctly written?

- I have to give a lecture about how bacteria affects enamel.
- He gave me a good advice: to never fall in love with someone who is selfish.
- You have to make an apology to your workmate because your bahaviour was horrible.
- I have already given you a chance.
- You have to give a refund because the product was damaged.
- You have to make that phone call before it is too late.

With the following I get always really confused:

- You made a good impression on my family, they think that you are a very hard working person.
- I want to give him a good impression because I want a second date.
