Many thanks in advance

Focus - usually perceives as a mental or visual concentration from the outside onto something. i.e. You should focus on passing your exam and leave everyting aside. But there are many contexts where "focus in" is also used. i.e. When I was studying in UCLA, I majored in Electronics with a focus in Robotic engineering. So both are possible in my opinion.
