Collocation? (maybe vocabulary? grammar?)

I can't find relevant citations of "more one point" with Google (to give me context to help me figure out what it means) and I've never heard or seen the phrase before. I suspect it's intended to be "one more point", but can someone please explain it -- clearly -- to me?
