Collective noun: singular or plural

The candidate will join our high performing team who share a positive outlook and drive to continually improve

OR

The candidate will join our high performing team who shares a positive outlook and drive to continually improve

I cant tell if the collective noun of 'team' should be considered plural or singular in this case

I'd use "which."
... team, which has a positive outlook and a drive to continually improve.
