Sentence:

The disease AIDS spreads very fast.....

a) and we can over come it.

For what it is worth, this is how I see this sentence. It is not a well formed mutilple choice question.

AIDS is commonly recoginzed as an incurable disease. So "The disease AIDS spreads very fast " just doesn't sound good at all. Perhaps, here are a couple of possible related variances:
Diseases related to AIDS spread very fast /( quickly)
