I have problem here with several expressions since this is the kind of text I am not familiar with.
Please, help me out.

We would like to point out that if the payment is not delivered by ……………………… we will be forced to start the enforcement proceedings of your vehicle or any other property in order to collect our receivables

It is jargony though; if you want something less jargony then "in order to collect the money that is owed to us" is another option (assuming that you are owed money). This is plainer spea
