I've never heard him say it, but Powell is a very common name in America, and I've never come across any other pronunciation of it. I hope that helps!
Now, his first name is another story. I've always heard it pronounced "Cole-in", which is very similar to the word "colon" - the lowest part of your large intestine. The way it's spelled, it should be pronounced more like "call-in"..
