Cold wind

The cold wind is blowing.

Is it a natural sentence? If not, what's the correct sentence?

Thanks.

sundarnaz The cold wind is blowing. I suppose there is a context in which this might work, but it doesn't sound completely natural to me. I'd say There's a cold wind blowing.
