Coconut estate/coconut plantation?

May I know which one is correct? or both are?

I would say plantation. The mention of a coconut estate makes me think of houses made out of coconuts.

But how come, we use rubber estate. Can't we use coconut estate instead?

I would use plantation for anywhere that plants/trees are growing. Estate for me is either the land belonging to a house, or and area where lots of houses are situated.

I googled coconut estate and the only time I saw it used was Sri Lanka, the rest of the world are using coconut plantation.
