Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. apparently owns both the "DR PEPPER" and "DR. PEPPER" trademarks. BTW, Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. is owned by the UK entity Cadbury Schweppes plc, which can be seen as further evidence that the UK controls the US. Why doesn't The Guardian ever talk about
