coat

Here are a few descriptions of dogs that I don't quite understand.

I understand coat as fur

Thick coat means dense fur, right?

Long thick coat means long (in length) and dense fur, right?

Some dogs have saggy, wrinkly coats like English Bull dogs. A coat of this kind has a wide surface and can possibly be made into two coats for two dogs of its size Emotion: smile . Do you call this kind of coat a double coat?

Thanks!

No, it just means it's really wrinkly. A double coat is actually a real term referring to a specific coat type - an undercoat and overcoat, for working dogs.
