Hi,
1) When you don't read up on the materials your (let's say economics professsor) gives you and you don't really show up for classes, could I say that you just 'coast through the course'? I know that you can 'coast through life' but I'm not sure if it works here as well.
2) I think that I can say that I need to 'steer my car to the right angle' to be able to park somewhere, but can I also say 'get my car into the right angle' (the angle where it'll be easy for me to pull into a parking space)?
3)"My mom didn't take me shopping with her. However, she bought me a nice pair of jeans so that was some consolation."
Could consolation be used like that?
Thank you! ![]()
