Co-teacher

Please help me make the following paragraphs sound natural. Thank a lot.
  1. In regular classes, be responsible for teaching picture books and Reader’s Theater, both of which are designed to help students develop their reading skills and listening ability. While in class, there will be a co-teacher doing his/her classroom observation which makes teaching and learning more visible. It encourages colleagues to collaborate to improve teacher practice and student learning. The co-teacher observes students’ studying performance and doesn’t help translate for students in class.
  2. In English Gifted Class, aiming at gifted students’ listening and speaking ability, be responsible for deepening and broadening teaching materials to enhance their English proficiency. For example, guiding students reading English magazines, teaching students how to write a special topic report, and training students how to perform a short English drama.
