CMU pronouciation dictionary

Hello. I'm from the country that English is not first language.

But when I was young, I happen to lived in some countries that use English like Singapore, USA, Australia so my accent now is a mix.

Then, I always find myself got English pronunciation Fixed at workplace. so I check it on online dictionary and found that what I used is always according to CMU pronunciation dictionary while all of my co-worker use Oxford Dictionary.

Oxford dictionary is British English right??
but what about CMU? I just want to know where my accent goes to as I lost lot of confident from pronunciation fixing by my co-worker.
