clothes "it" or "they"

Hello! Could you help me, please?

As far as I know the word "clothes" is plural, like "police", so when we want to use the pronoun instead, which one should we use "it" or "they"?

For example:
She likes clothes. She buys IT or THEM in the shop (?)

Thank you!
