They are natural, but sometimes a little different. Changing clothes is usually from one set of clothing to another; getting dressed is often from pajamas to clothes.

"I'm changing clothes" sounds very odd. I might say, I'm getting changed, which would mean, I'm getting ready for something by changing from the clothes I have on, to what I will be wearing, say, to go out for the night.
If someone in the house said, Terry, where are you/what are you doing? I would reply, I'm getting changed, or, I'm getting dressed for work.

Well, in the UK, you "move house" which sounds odd to us, and in the US, we change our clothes.
