1. Where does your wife often have her clothes sewn?

- She often has her clothes sewn at Peter's tailor's.

- Is this ok to say?

If you want to make it a bit clearer you can say,

'Where does your wife usually go to have her clothes sewn?'

'She often goes to Peter's tailors.'

I would use 'made' rather than 'sewn'.

Hi,

As a small additional comment, I associate a tailor with making men's clothes, and a dressmaker for women's.

Perhaps one of the ladies will comment further.
