Closing Line

Some years ago when reading a formal business letter, I saw a closing line that I liked and have used from time to time. Are you able to tell me anything about this closing line and your thoughts on it? It reads:

Awaiting your response, I remain

Sincerely yours,

Name

Title, etc.
