Closing Business letter to slight acquaintance

Can i use below closing of a business letter as:

Thanks and regards

Yours sincerely,

'Thanks and regards' is both common and rather lackadaisical; it does not project a good business image. Also 'regards' and 'yours sincerely' are both complimentary closings, so one of them is redundant. Thank you very much.
