Can one say
a. Tomorrow, exceptionally, our restaurant will be closed for lunch.
?

The meaning is supposed to be
The restaurant will exceptionally not be open at lunchtime tomorrow. It will not serve lunch.

In general, when a place is 'closed for lunch'. it is closed because the people who work there have lunch at that time. In this case, 'closed for lunch' means 'not open at lunchtime and not serving lunch'.
