A- Incidents of tuberculosis commonly occur in every country, except for the poor ones that are stricken by AIDS and malaria.

B- While tuberculosis incidents can be seen in any country, malaria and AIDS mostly affect the people in poor countries

C- As opposed to malaria and AIDS, which seldom hit poor countries, tuberculosis is mostly a poverty-related disease.

D- Tuberculosis is not very common in poor countries where malaria and AIDS are the most prevalent diseases
