clipping attire?

Is there really such a form of attire?
And is it what she said at 3:53(we wear a lot more flip flops, ___, cropped shirts,..)
I've searched online a little and the result seems positive, but still no explanation about WHAT this kind of attire is

The links all direct to retailers/wholesellers, which aren't doing much good.

Anybody? Thank you!:)

I see no evidence in search results that "clipping attire" is a known term, except in the scarce sense of clothing worn by someone clipping, say, a horse. If you search without quotes then you will just get a bunch of non-specific stuff. maelstrom And is it what she said at 3:53 Where is this audio?
