Climb vs scramble

Are there any differences between "I climbed up a hill" and "I scrambled up a hill"? Thanks in advance!

Hi Climbing up a hill may just be walking. To my mind, scrambling up a hill may mean that there are parts of the climb where you need to use hands and feet - you need to use your hands as well, to deal with the gradient Dave
