Some people think that instead of preventing climate change, we need to find a way to live with it. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Global warming has negative effects to living things on the Earth, but some people argue that it would be better to accept it rather than try to stop it. I completely disagree with this view because we still have time to tackle consequences of climate change and work to balance the interaction between human and nature.

Person and the government still have enough the ability to control carbon dioxide emissions from power plants that is the main cause of climate change. First, governments should make an investment on protection frontier forests and intact tropical forests, as well as savannas and coastal ecosystem because they are able to store huge amounts of carbon dioxide accumulated over centuries. They could make a donation for renewable energy production from solar, wind or water power. As individuals, we are able to limit our contribution to climate change, by becoming an efficient energy, by using bicycle or public transport instead of motorbike or car. Furthermore, the public can affect the actions of governments by supporting proposals related to global warming.

If humans deliberately pay no attention to finding our solutions to climate change, the consequences will be disastrous. More amounts of carbon dioxide are emitted from power plants to the atmosphere that lead to average global temperature rising and melting of the Earth’s poles, and millions of people must cope with natural disasters such as floods, drought. These people would lose their homes and their jobs, and they would be forced to migrate to nearby cities or perhaps to other countries. The potential for human suffering would be huge, and it is likely that we would see outbreaks of disease and famine, as well as increased homelessness and poverty.

In conclusion, livings thing on the Earth will have to face with natural disasters caused by climate change, so we must take action to prevent global warming instead of living with it
