(2) It makes sense to me.
"It is when children lack media literacy that they are hypnotized by TV programs."
(3) The original sentence should be rather :
"Working in different countries enables people to experience new things".
"It is working in different countries that enables people to experience new things"
(4) It makes sense to me if you correct minor errors.
"It is after working in different countries that people are qualified to be promoted at their companies."
