00 Further to routine maintenance inspection to ascertain the extent of the slope for ABC building, I found that some drainage channels, sand traps and slope surface have been clogged by accumulated debris. Due to the forthcoming rainstorm event, I would be grateful if you could arrange contractor to keep the above debris out of all channels, traps and relevant surface within our slope management area in order to reduce the probability of instability of slopes and retaining walls. 02 br
