A "round" voice normally means a full, rich voice.
A "clean" voice sounds to me like one that is clear, pure and well articulated.

As a choir director, I would agree with Wordy. But, I would normally use the word 'round' to describe a particular [vowel] sound rather than a voice. 'Clean' might also indicate a lack of vibrato.
