Can I say,

(a) Kumar stepped on a rusty nail. John sent him to the clinic nearby. At the clinic, a nurse helped Kumar clean up his foot / leg. Then. His foot was bandaged. The doctor gave him an injection to prevent infection. Kumar was fright in horror. John tried to comfort him. After the injection, they went home safely. He promised to walk carefully. Unfortunately, Kumar felt disappointed because they could not enjoy fishing.

(b) When walking, John stepped on a nail on his foot / leg.

(c) When John and his friend went to the clinic, the doctor cleaned up his wound on / of his leg /foot.
