Clean up

Hi teachers,

1. "You clean up good". What does this mean? Why isn't "You cleaned up good"?

2. "Go get cleaned up." Does this mean to get dressed or take a shower?

3. "Get your straightened up." Does this mean to adjust your attire or your outfit to make it look tidy?

Thanks
