Clauses adn Direct Objects
Put brackets around the subordinate clause, adn underline teh independent clause in this complex sentence. Then write DO in paranthesis after the direct object.
After he had returned, Enrique told Armando the truth.
[After he had returned], Enrique told armando the truth(DO).
Is this right or am i way off i don't know if i understand this to much.
