Clauses

Please help me to join these sentences with if clause

She went late. She would not get a ticket.

if---------------------------------

I wrote like this

1. If she did not go late, she would get a ticket.

2. If she had not gone late, she would have get a ticket.

My question is whether both are correct, if not which one is the best answer why?
