All are OK except this:

Modern technology (S) has changed (V) our lives (D.O) completely (A)

why does that one get another pattern? HOw does "The" change this?

It has the same pattern; it is obviously the same structure, so I did not spend time delineating it separately. I thought it would be evident to the reader; evidently it is not.
