Clause Boundaries

Not sure about a few clause boundaries in my text. Can someone check over please? Thanks

which means it’s his job|| to work out||
Would these be separate with the first being finite and second being non-finite?

||how to get money||

|| Alcohol and cigarettes are also heavily taxed ||
Is this a clause with "also heavily" being the interrupting adverbs?

|| The hope is|| that this will help children|| to become fitter|| by eating less sugar|| and doing more exercise.||

|| They don’t think||

|| that the company was working|| to cut back the sugar and calories||

|| this will help||
