Clause boundaries

Can someone please check I've done the clause boundaries correctly?

People would probably cook their food on open fires|| (and) most food would be homemade.|| There wouldn’t be any factories|| to mass produce things||like processed food, ready meals, metal cans, plastic wrapping, and lots of other stuff.|| This would mean|| there would be less fizzy drinks, canned food, sweets, ready-made food,|| and most shops would probably make their products by hand.|| They wouldn’t have any fridges or freezers|| as they use electricity and food|| like meat would have to be salted|| to be preserved and other food, like bread, would have to be stored in a pantry.||

(And) how would we travel?|| We would probably not have any planes|| (but) we might still have air ships as an alternative to planes|| (and) our trains would all still be steam powered.|| (But) over the last 100 years of no electricity, steam trains and airships would have probably been improved a fair amount, such as navigating systems for airships and faster steam trains.|| We may still have cars|| (but) they would probably be wound up by hand|| like they were|| when people invented them years ago.|| For entertainment people would probably read lots more books|| (and) play lots more instruments.|| There would be a ton of live acoustic instruments||(but) there would be no rock and roll!|| There may well be a cinema,|| just instead of using electricity to project the film|| it would have a man|| turning a handle,|| (or) a donkey walking in circles outside!|| We would have more artists|| (and) with the lack of TV, video game consoles, (and) computers children would go outside a lot more|| (and) get a lot more exercise.|| So that would probably be healthier.||

You have several errors. Remember that you are looking for subject-verb relationships. For example, in the first paragraph, you have this mistake: There wouldn’t be any factories to mass produce things like processed food, ready meals, metal cans, plastic wrapping, and lots of other stuff.

I put them as two clauses because "wouldn't" is my finite clause and "to mass produce" is my non-finite clause. Is that incorrect?

Even if you are marking all types of causes (independent, dependent, finite and nonfinite). there are still errors, or inconsistencies.

ZBH|like processed food, ready meals, metal cans, plastic wrapping, and lots of other stuff.|
For instance, that is not a clause; it is a prepositional phrase.

would go outside a lot more|| (and) get a lot more exercise.

And that is not a clause boundary.

AlpheccaStarswould go outside a lot more|| (and) get a lot more exercise. And that is not a clause boundary.
I seems to me that we have two clauses with finite verbs here:

(and) with the lack of TV, video game consoles, (and) computers children would go outside a lot more|| (and) [children would] get a lot more exercise.

fivejedjonI seems to me that we have two clauses with finite verbs here:
Since the subject is the same for both, I read it as a compound verb in a single clause.

As you can see, there are different methods to do this. Find the method you want to use and be consistent.
