Clatter around

Hi,

Let’s say that my brother is doing the dishes and he’s making a lot of noise.

“Could you stop clattering around? I’m trying to watch the news.”

“Could you stop clattering the dishes around? I’m trying to watch the news.”

Are both of them correct?

Thank you.
