Could I ask three questions, please?

Q1:
In Asia, if students in a class want to stand up and greet their teacher, and the class leader has to give the order, what does he say? "All rise." or "Stand up"

Q2:
If a child in a class wants to go to the bathroom, he says "May I go to the bathroom, please?"
What will his teacher respond? "Go ahead?" or anything else?

Q3:
If my friend visits me, and she will stay in my city, Bangkok, for 2 weeks, should I say "Hope you enjoy your trip in Bangkok." or "Hope you'll enjoy your trip in Bangkok."
Or should I say "Hope you enjoy your stay in Bangkok." or "Hope you''ll enjoy your stay in Bangkok."?

Thank you so much.
